The Injector Dynamics ID1000 fuel injector represents a significant advancement in fuel delivery technology, pioneering features that have become industry standards. As the first injector offering from Injector Dynamics, it introduced full dynamic characterization, providing tuners with the necessary data for accurate calibration. It was also the first to be offered in dead time-matched sets, ensuring consistent performance across all injectors in a set. This high-impedance, high-flow injector is capable of providing stock idle and drivability even on engines with cylinder displacements as small as 325cc. It features a maximum differential fuel pressure capability of 7 bar (101.5 psi) and is compatible with all known fuels, including gasoline, E85, and methanol. The inclusion of the now-standard "Top Hat Adapter" makes it plug-and-play in a wide range of applications. Its smooth response at low flow rates, combined with its high-flow capability, makes it a versatile choice for various performance needs, from daily drivers with high boost to professional race applications.
