These saturated/high impedance ball and seat injectors utilize the latest injector technology, offering a perfect balance between FIC's 1200cc and 1650cc injectors. Designed for serious performance enthusiasts, the 1440cc injectors are fully compatible with all race fuels, including pump gasoline, E85, Q16, VP Import, FTW, and other MTBE oxygenated race fuels, thanks to their robust stainless alloy valve construction. Despite their high flow rate, these injectors maintain excellent idle performance, making them suitable for both street-driven vehicles and high-horsepower racing applications. A key feature of this injector set is Fuel Injector Clinic's proprietary Data Match Technology. Each injector is individually serial numbered and undergoes a rigorous flow matching process. The results are provided on a comprehensive Data Match Sheet, offering the most complete flow matching and latency value information available in the industry. This meticulous matching ensures superior short pulse width control, making the injectors easy to tune for optimal drivability and consistent performance. FIC injectors are flow tested and rated at 43.5psi (3Bar) at 90°F fuel temperature using CF-16B calibration fluid. This set includes all necessary o-rings for a direct fit in the factory application. For aftermarket or custom setups, it is recommended to contact Fuel Injector Clinic prior to purchase to ensure proper fitment. This injector set requires a change in the injector plug on the wiring harness. Pigtails are included for soldering, or optional plug-and-play adapters (PADPUtoJ4) can be purchased for a solder-free installation.
