Fuel Injector Controller

This controller offers advanced capabilities for managing additional port injectors, with the capacity to support up to eight low-impedance injectors. The base unit provides a built-in 4bar MAP sensor and numerous input options, including Hall Effect Crank/Cam for engine speed, throttle position sensor (TPS), ethanol sensor (FlexFuel), coolant temperature sensor (CLT), air temperature sensor (IAT), fuel pressure, oil pressure, and additional O2 sensors. Its output capabilities include control for four injector channels, seven low-side outputs for boost control, other solenoid controls (like WMI or nitrous), additional fuel pump control, and additional fan control. It can also supply 5v power for additional sensors. While the controller itself is highly capable, vehicle-specific applications may require a custom harness if a plug-and-play option is not available. Stratified offers specific kits with vehicle-specific harnesses for applications like the Fiesta ST, Focus ST, Focus RS, and various VW models, with options to add Flex Fuel and fuel pressure sensors. Users can also build their own harness or request custom wiring for expanded functionality, such as running up to eight injectors or logging fuel pressure. The system is tuned using TunerStudio software, for which Stratified provides the necessary settings for flashing and data logging. This product is not a complete fuel kit and is intended for users who already have a fuel kit and require a replacement fuel controller, or for those looking to build a custom setup. Stratified notes that the kit does not include injectors or other hardware. Vehicle-specific tuning is not included, but Stratified may be able to assist with tuning questions.
