The Injector Dynamics ID1700.60.11.D.6 represents a high-performance fuel injector designed for demanding applications. Engineered for compatibility with all fuel types, these injectors can efficiently deliver fuel for boosted engines, including those running E85. They boast a nominal volumetric flow rate of 1725 cc/min at 3.0 bar (using gasoline at 52 °C) and can handle a maximum differential fuel pressure of 7.0 bar. These injectors feature corrosion-resistant internals, a hallmark of the Injector Dynamics X-series, ensuring longevity and reliable operation across a wide range of fuel compositions. The design incorporates a powerful proprietary magnetic circuit with parts manufactured in-house by Injector Dynamics, optimizing critical operating parameters for motorsport tuners. The ID1700-XDS is built to spec for motorsport use, aiming to fill the gap between the ID1300 and ID2000 models. Specific applications include compatibility with 1993-1998 Toyota Supra models with the 2JZ-GE engine and Lexus IS300 models with the 2JZ-GE non-turbo engine. They are also noted for use with Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 vehicles and Subaru WRX models (typically 2002 and up, often sold in sets of 4).
