The Hybrid Racing Tucked Fuel Line Kit offers a clean and efficient solution for engine bay aesthetics by replacing the factory rubber fuel line. This kit routes discreetly from the firewall, following the transmission case to the fuel rail, tucking neatly between intake runners 2 and 3 on K-series engines. It replaces the OEM rubber line and plastic clips with a -6AN PTFE-lined braided line, offering enhanced durability and compatibility with E85, methanol, and pressures exceeding 100 psi. The -6AN inner diameter ensures improved fuel flow compared to the stock line. Installation is straightforward, utilizing a proprietary quick disconnect at the firewall that attaches to the factory hard line, eliminating the need for cutting or flaring. The fuel rail end includes both -8 ORB and swivel -6AN adapters, making it compatible with Hybrid Racing fuel rails and most aftermarket rails with a center port. The fittings are CNC machined aluminum with black anodizing for corrosion resistance. This kit is specifically designed for the 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si (K20Z3), and 2002-2006 Acura RSX (K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1). Note that this kit requires an aftermarket center feed fuel rail for proper installation. The pre-assembled line length is optimized for RSX, EP3, and 06-11 Civic Si models, requiring no special tools for installation.
