The Spectra Premium SP6145M is a fuel module engineered as a standard replacement part for gasoline-powered vehicles. The module boasts a maximum flow rating of 58 GPH and a maximum pressure of 131 PSI, with a minimum free flow rate of 49 GPH and a minimum pressure of 73 PSI, ensuring efficient fuel delivery. Key specifications include a 12.0 VDC voltage requirement and a 4-terminal connector. The module features a quick connect inlet and outlet, both with outside diameters of 0.3125 inches and 0.375 inches, respectively. It also includes a fuel level sender with resistance ranging from 40 Ohms empty to 250 Ohms full, and a positive ground connection is not required. This fuel module comes complete with a wire harness, strainer, and mounting hardware, simplifying the installation process. Spectra Premium also provides technical bulletins covering topics such as ethanol fuel compatibility, float arm assembly instructions, and new fuel pump connector installation, along with a warranty for fuel delivery products.
