The Perrin Performance Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit is engineered for both adjustability and high-flow fuel regulation, suitable for a wide range of fuel systems from stock to those supporting over 1000 horsepower. It is specifically highlighted as an effective solution for addressing vehicle stumbling issues, particularly around the 3,000 RPM mark. This regulator features a robust design with six -6 O-ring ports, four of which are dedicated to fuel rail connections to ensure maximum flow. It is rated to handle fuel flow for 1,000+ horsepower applications. The kit includes interchangeable orifices, allowing for customization to work with stock fuel pumps, larger drop-in pumps, and high-horsepower systems. A key benefit is its ability to replace cumbersome and complex OEM fuel pressure regulators and dampeners, thereby eliminating common drivability complaints. The adjustability of the Perrin regulator allows for pressure settings from 20 psi up to the maximum fuel pump capacity, enabling fuel delivery modifications without immediate ECU recalibration. The design includes six -6 ports: one for the fuel pump feed, two for fuel rail feed, two for fuel rail return, and one for fuel tank return, facilitating the integration of aftermarket fuel rail kits. Its direct bolt-on installation utilizes the existing threads of the OEM fuel pressure regulator assembly, requiring no special tools. Additionally, an integrated 1/8th NPT port is provided for the installation of aftermarket fuel pressure sensors or gauges.
