The Power Driven Diesel AFC MAX TRAVEL KIT is specifically engineered for 1994-1998 Dodge 5.9L 12 Valve Cummins engines, designed to work in conjunction with AFC LIVE. This kit addresses low boost smoke control issues that the stock spring cannot manage. When the star wheel is loosened for maximum response, the stock spring can enter "free float" for the first 5 psi, leading to excessive smoke. The AFC MAX TRAVEL KIT enables effective control of low boost situations, allowing the spring rate to be adjusted from very heavy to very light via the AFC LIVE system, all from within the cab. Key features include a longer spring length that prevents coil binding and allows for 21 mm of rack travel within the pump. This kit is available in various configurations based on boost ranges: 21-30 PSI (Stock Truck), 30-35 PSI (Stock Turbo), 35-45 PSI (Upgraded Single Turbo), and 45-60 PSI (Compound Turbos). An Ultimate option includes all four springs. Note that this specific kit is not for sale or shipment to California or Colorado addresses.
