Two main options are available: Stage 3, which supports up to 1000whp (875whp on E85), and Stage 3.5, supporting up to 1100whp (950whp on E85). Both stages require a pre-existing Precision Raceworks Stage 2 or 2.5 pump.

The Precision Raceworks Fuel Pump Expansion Modules are engineered for high-performance BMW E9x and E8x models, specifically catering to those running E85 fuel blends. The available stages offer substantial upgrades: the Stage 3 module provides 5.65 LPM flow at 5 bar and supports up to 1000whp (875whp on E85), while the Stage 3.5 module delivers 6.4 LPM flow at 5 bar and supports up to 1100whp (950whp on E85). Both expansion modules require the customer to already possess a Precision Raceworks Stage 2 or 2.5 pump. It is important to note that while these bucketless fuel pumps offer increased flow, they come with specific operational considerations. They should not be driven with less than a quarter tank of fuel and are not recommended for road course racing. For optimal performance and to achieve the advertised flow rates, the use of the Precision Raceworks in-tank filter regulator assembly is required. No tuning is required for these modules.
