Fuel Pump FP 200-E

The Bosch Fuel Pump FP 200-E (part number 0580.B00.12U-50) is an inline roller pump engineered for out-of-tank installation, with in-tank use not having been tested. This pump is designed to provide a robust fuel supply, offering a flow rate of over 200 liters per hour for gasoline at 8 bar and over 180 liters per hour for diesel at 7 bar, both at 22°C. It features a 300 µm internal pre-filter on the suction side and screwed fuel lines. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to 80°C, with specific allowances for higher temperatures over limited durations. While compatible with gasoline and diesel, the FP 200-E can also handle biofuels up to E100. However, using E100 fuel will shorten the operational lifespan of the pump. The pump does not have an internal pressure limiter, allowing for subsequent installation of a pressure regulator on the pressure side by the customer. It is intended for competition, endurance, route, and track day applications.
