The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat is a high-output fuel pump upgrade solution that eliminates the need for unreliable hoses and hose clamps. Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum with CNC machined passages and Viton O-rings, this hat guarantees a secure, leak-free fit and superior durability. Its black anodized finish provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it compatible with E85 and other demanding fuels. Engineered and built in the USA, this fuel hat completely replaces your factory unit while retaining essential functions such as the OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and the fuel transfer pump functionality in saddle-style tanks. It features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports, with 90-degree swivel adapter fittings sold separately for custom line configurations. The assembly is configurable with two or three genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, available in 450LPH or 470LPH flow rates, to meet specific vehicle demands. Important installation and compatibility notes: These fuel pumps are designed exclusively for return-style systems and are not compatible with returnless applications. The system is compatible with 100% gasoline, 100% ethanol, and blends like E10, E85, and E98. However, it is NOT compatible with methanol.
