The 3SX Performance Fuel Pump Hotwire Kit provides a direct, full voltage supply to your fuel pump, ensuring optimal fuel delivery to the injectors. This is crucial for vehicles running higher-flow injectors or upgraded fuel pumps, helping to maximize fuel availability and performance. The design aims to simplify installation by providing pre-terminated connections where possible. Installation instructions are provided for 1991-1999 Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth models. The kit can be adapted for any vehicle that provides 12V to its stock fuel pump. Installation involves connecting the power wire to the battery, running it to the fuel pump area, and making specific connections to the fuel pump harness wires. Proper grounding of the relay is also required. It is recommended to check the pump's power supply after installation. While primarily designed for the 3000GT and Stealth, the general concept of providing a dedicated, full-voltage circuit to the fuel pump can be applied to other vehicles.
