The DeatschWerks 9-1047 is a fuel pump install kit designed to provide your fuel pump with the necessary voltage. It includes a 15-inch, 12-gauge SLX red power cable and a 5-inch, 12-gauge SLX black ground cable, along with a 30-amp in-line fuse and a 40-amp automotive relay.

The DeatschWerks 9-1047 Fuel Pump Install Kit ensures your fuel pump receives optimal voltage, especially critical for older vehicles or those modified for high horsepower. This kit includes essential wiring components: a 15-inch, 12-gauge SLX red power cable and a 5-inch, 12-gauge SLX black ground cable, a 30-amp in-line fuse, and a 40-amp automotive relay with a 4-lead socket and pigtails. The kit is specifically recommended for cars over 10 years old, those producing over 400whp, or vehicles not originally designed for high-horsepower applications. It is compatible with ethanol fuels, featuring a composite impeller and encapsulated armature to resist corrosion and ethanol deterioration, respectively. Carbon commutators and brushes further enhance its resistance to aggressive fuels and reduce electrical draw. It is compatible with the DW400™ fuel pump and includes an easy-to-follow instruction guide and a DW window decal.
