The Walbro GSS340-KIT is a high-performance 255 LPH in-tank fuel pump with a comprehensive installation kit, designed to upgrade factory fuel systems for high horsepower or modified engines. This Walbro fuel pump is manufactured to exacting standards and is compatible with original equipment (OE) fuel pump hangers, utilizing stock inlet and outlet sizes for a seamless integration into the existing assembly. It is rated to support up to 550 horsepower at 40 psi of operating pressure, making it suitable for demanding applications. This genuine Walbro product is made in the USA. This fuel pump kit is specifically designed as an upgrade for 1986-1993 Ford Mustangs with 5.0L engines that use a factory-style hanger. It also fits 1994-1997 Ford Mustangs with 4.6L and 5.0L engines, provided they use a factory-style hanger. However, it explicitly will NOT fit 1996-1997 Mustang Cobra models.
