The Autotech High Volume Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit is engineered for performance enthusiasts experiencing fuel cut issues in their 2.0T powered vehicles. This kit significantly boosts fuel delivery, offering flow rates 50% higher than the stock pump, thereby removing a common limitation for high-end turbo upgrades. Constructed with state-of-the-art materials and aerospace machining, this kit ensures accuracy and durability. Each 9.8mm piston and cylinder undergoes multiple high-precision grinding processes to maintain exact tolerances. These components are match-ground and serialized, guaranteeing peak precision and extended service life. Autotech also pioneered the use of plasma DLC coating on High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) components to reduce friction and enhance performance, a process that requires specific engineering to maximize its benefits. This upgrade is specifically designed for the 2006-2008.5 VW/Audi 2.0T FSI motors. It is compatible with various models including the Mazdaspeed3 (2007-2013), Mazdaspeed6 (2006-2007), VW Golf R (2006-2008 FSI), and Audi S3 8P (2006-2008 FSI). It's important to note that for 2008 models, verification between FSI and TSI engines is necessary before ordering. HPFP-specific ECU mapping is readily available from tuners worldwide, allowing the full potential of this upgrade to be realized. Tuners rely on Autotech's HPFP kits for their proven reliability and performance in conversions and upgrades.
