Fuel Pump Vacuum Manifold

Factory jet pumps are often restrictive when paired with upgraded high-flow aftermarket pumps, which can lead to excessive fuel return line pressure; this kit addresses that limitation by providing a purpose-built, high-flow venturi housing. Constructed from anodized, laser-engraved machined aluminum, the kit includes three interchangeable orifices to fine-tune operation for various fuel pump flow rates. The unit features hose barbs compatible with 5/16-inch or 3/8-inch ID hoses, and the crossover siphon port uses 6AN ORB (9/16-18 O-ring) female threads for adaptable plumbing. Installation requires the complete removal of the OEM venturi jet pump, as the system will not function correctly if the original restrictive components remain. A hose (not included) must be attached to the 8.5mm outlet barb and submerged at the lowest point of the tank to prevent air intake, or alternatively, a compatible duckbill valve may be used. The 6AN ORB siphon port fitting can be swapped for other 6AN ORB fittings if required, which are sold separately.
