The Racetronix FPWH-008HD Fuel Pump Wiring Harness is engineered to meet the demands of modern high-output fuel pumps (340LPH to 525LPH+) which require significantly more current than the factory Corvette wiring can safely handle. Running these pumps on stock circuitry leads to voltage drops, reduced pump RPM, and potential failure of the factory relay or fuse center. This HD harness provides a direct, alternator-to-fuel pump power path using heavy 10-gauge copper wiring. This design eliminates voltage bottlenecks, typically increasing fuel volume by 10-20% and ensuring rock-solid fuel pressure even at high RPM and load. It also protects the vehicle's factory fuse center by offloading the high-current pump draw, preventing melted terminals and costly repairs. A dedicated high-current ground loop enhances circuit efficiency and reliability. Featuring a 40A weatherproof 630-series sealed relay and OE-quality connectors, the FPWH-008HD offers plug-and-play simplicity without requiring cutting or splicing of the factory harness. It is pre-equipped with a connector for adding fuel pump voltage boosters (BAP) using the optional Racetronix PBIC-001. This harness is a mandatory requirement for all Racetronix high-performance fuel modules to maintain warranty coverage. Fitment is specific: it fits late 2003 C5 Corvettes with VIN # 114931 and higher, and all 2004-2013 C6 Corvettes, EXCLUDING the ZR1 platform. Additionally, the Racetronix IPH-008 Intermediate Harness is a required companion to replace the final segment of factory wiring from the wheel well to the fuel module.
