The Radium Engineering 20-0591-02 Fuel Rail is an upgrade component for the Honda S2000 models from 2000-2005. This fuel rail boasts a significantly larger 0.69-inch internal bore compared to stock, designed to support higher fuel flow requirements for modified engines. It utilizes all five of the original OEM mounting bosses for a secure fit. This basic setup does not include fittings, but replacement vacuum tubing is provided to simplify installation by eliminating OEM hard lines. The ports on this fuel rail are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings, and the small OEM regulator port is tapped for 1/8 NPT, allowing for the addition of a gauge or an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. Appropriate fittings must be selected based on your specific application, and ample space is required around the ports for accessories like regulators and gauges. The product information notes that this is an 'upgrade rail' and OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used; any injector upgrade must match OEM height and O-ring dimensions.
