The Hybrid Racing K-Series Swap Tucked Fuel System Package is engineered for K-Series engine conversions in EG/EK/DC chassis, specifically for models like the 1992-2000 Honda Civic, 1994-2001 Acura Integra, and 1993-1997 Honda Del Sol. This kit includes a K-Series Fuel Rail, a fuel pressure gauge with 0-100 psi readings, and a piston-type fuel pressure regulator constructed from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and 304 stainless steel. The regulator features a Teflon-impregnated, hard-anodized finish and redundant seal quad o-rings for enhanced performance and longevity. It is E85 compatible and can accept up to -8AN lines, with the package providing necessary fittings for return or returnless systems. The fuel lines are constructed from -6AN black nylon with a 100-micron inline filter, complemented by a -4AN return line. All lines and components are pressure and leak tested after assembly to ensure reliability. The included fuel pressure gauge is essential for accurately setting fuel pressure around 50-52 psi for K-Series engines, featuring subtle marks to aid in precise adjustment. What's included in the package: (1) K-Series Fuel Rail, (2) -8 ORB / -6AN Adapter fittings, (2) -8 ORB Plugs, (1) 1/8th NPT Plug, (1) Fuel Pressure Gauge, (1) Fuel Pressure Regulator (with fittings, mounting bracket & hardware), and (1) Tucked fuel line kit (containing 4 lines & inline filter). An install guide is available for reference.
