The S&B Fuel Sending Unit 86-1002 is designed for use with aftermarket lift pumps and OEM fuel tanks in 2011-2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Powerstroke trucks. It provides accurate fuel level readings and proper fuel flow in modified fuel systems, serving as a direct fit replacement for the factory sending unit when upgrading to an aftermarket lift pump. The unit utilizes a Venturi Jet Pump powered by an aftermarket external lift pump to maintain a full reservoir and is optimized for aftermarket lift pumps set to 65 PSI, with a warning not to exceed 70 PSI.
