Fuel Suction Tube Kit

The FASS Diesel STK1002 Suction Tube Kit is a universal fuel delivery component designed to enhance the performance and installation ease of FASS fuel systems. Machined from durable 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, this kit includes a 5/8 inch suction tube and a 1/2 inch fuel return port, integrated into a single bulkhead fitting. This design allows for direct plumbing of the FASS return line to the bulkhead, eliminating the need to cut the vehicle's filler neck and significantly reducing installation time. The suction tube itself is constructed from PTFE Teflon, offering flexibility in length adjustment to accommodate various fuel tank depths. When properly installed, the STK1002 enables safe operation of the vehicle until the fuel level reaches approximately 1/8 of a tank. This feature is particularly beneficial for higher volume fuel systems, as it helps to increase overall fuel delivery. FASS Diesel recommends this product for use with their Titanium Series Systems. While some Titanium Series kits may include this item as standard, it is advised to check kit contents. The STK1002 is designed to complement these systems by improving fuel delivery and eliminating potential "1/4 tank" fuel issues.
