Overview

The Vader Solutions Fuel System Upgrade is a low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP) designed for S58-powered M2, M3, and M4 vehicles. This kit utilizes a Walbro 525 (Hellcat Pump) and includes a VS Bracket, VS Fuel Lines (In-Tank), Activation Bulk Head Terminals, and a VS Activation Harness. It is recommended for setups exceeding 500-550 WHP.

The upgrade supports higher fuel pressure and boost pressure, enabling the use of a higher ethanol content compared to the stock fuel system.

The Vader Solutions Fuel System Upgrade is engineered for S58-powered M2, M3, and M4 vehicles, offering a robust solution for enhanced fueling capabilities. The system includes a custom VS bracket, in-tank fuel lines, activation bulkhead terminals, and a newly revised VS Activation Harness, ensuring a straightforward installation. This upgrade is ideal for vehicles requiring increased fuel delivery, particularly those exceeding 500-550 WHP. It leverages the stock G Series 3/8" fuel line and BMW's factory electronic dampener/regulator combination, negating the need for an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator (FPR). The design prioritizes a smooth installation process once the pump is removed, with a straightforward wiring procedure.
