The Vader Solutions Fuel System Upgrade is a comprehensive LPFP solution engineered for S58-powered BMW M2, M3, and M4 models, sharing design principles with their popular A90 Supra upgrade. This kit is designed for a smooth installation, utilizing the factory 3/8" G Series fuel line and eliminating the need for an aftermarket FPR due to BMW's integrated electronic dampener/regulator. Included in the upgrade is a Walbro 525 Hellcat Pump, a VS Bracket, VS In-Tank Fuel Lines, Activation Bulk Head Terminals, and a revised VS Activation Harness. The system is engineered to support significant power increases, requiring the upgrade over 500-550 WHP. It dramatically enhances fuel system performance, moving from a stock 210 KPA / 18 PSI / 54% ethanol content to an upgraded 600 KPA / 26 PSI / 95% ethanol content. Vader Solutions emphasizes a clean installation, specifically stating they do not use zip-ties like competitors. The wiring kit is plug-and-play, tailored to the user's specific fuel pump activation setup. This upgrade provides a robust fueling solution without requiring external fuel lines or regulators, simplifying the process for enthusiasts aiming for higher horsepower figures.
