Constructed from 100% stainless steel 304, it features a durable hi-temp finish and comes with stainless steel Allen bolts for assembly. It includes a dB Killer for noise reduction and is equipped with 2x O2 sensor bungs.

The CS Racing Full Exhaust is meticulously handcrafted in Brazil using premium stainless steel 304, designed to deliver enhanced performance, durability, and a distinctive style for your Honda CB650R. This system features a sleek, lightweight design with precise laser-cut edges and a rugged, texturized hi-temp paint finish that complements the motorcycle's aesthetics. It is dyno-tested to ensure maximum gains, with the manufacturer claiming an increase of +4.7hp for the 2019-26 Honda CB650R models (including E-Clutch). The exhaust produces a powerful and aggressive sound, with a dB level of approximately 100-102 dB without the included dB Killer. The dB Killer is removable with an Allen key and can reduce noise by about 2-5 dB. The exhaust includes two O2 sensor bungs for stock sensors; if your bike lacks an O2 sensor, the hole can be sealed with an oil pan plug. While most bikes do not require a remap or reflash, tuning is recommended for some European models and certain 2025-and-newer bikes with dual O2 sensors. The product comes with a 1-year full warranty against production defects. This exhaust system removes the catalytic converter and is not street-certified in Europe or compliant with Euro 4/5 regulations.
