The BBK Performance 1533 is a set of full-length exhaust headers designed to improve performance and exhaust flow for specific Mustang models. These headers feature a titanium ceramic finish and large 1-5/8" primaries constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges.

The BBK Performance 1533 full-length exhaust headers are engineered to extract maximum performance from your 1999-2004 Ford Mustang Cobra or Mach 1. The titanium ceramic finish adds a stylish touch under the hood. Constructed from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel-bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges, these headers utilize a full-length primary tube design for unrestricted and balanced airflow, aiming for ultimate horsepower gains. They are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on when used with a BBK Performance short mid-pipe. The kit includes new gaskets and hardware. It is important to note that these headers fit manual transmissions only. Additionally, these BBK Long Tube Headers require O2 wire harness extensions, which are not included but recommended for installation (See Part #1676). This part is NOT C.A.R.B. Approved and cannot be used on emission-controlled vehicles in California; it cannot be sold or shipped to any California resident or addressee.
