Description

The Littelfuse MCAS040.XP is a 40A, 32VDC automotive fuse designed with a miniaturized footprint. This time-delayed fuse can handle inrush currents and features female terminals compatible with 2.8 mm male terminals. It is constructed from ceramic and metal materials.

This fuse operates within a temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to +125 degrees Celsius. It has an interrupting rating of 1000A at 32 VDC. The insertion force is a maximum of 44.1N (9.9 pounds), and the extraction force ranges from a minimum of 4N (0.9 pounds) to a maximum of 24.5N (5.5 pounds).
