The Billy Boat Exhaust Fusion Axle-Back Exhaust System is a bi-modal exhaust designed for the C5 Corvette. It features mufflers with two outlets, one with a butterfly valve to control exhaust flow between a quiet, chambered tube and a loud, straight-through tube. This system is constructed from T-304 stainless steel and includes a vacuum kit with a manual control switch for the butterfly valve. The system is a direct replacement for stock exhaust components and is made in the USA.

The Billy Boat Fusion Axle-Back Exhaust System offers a unique bi-modal design for the C5 Corvette (1997-2004), allowing drivers to choose between two distinct sound profiles. Each muffler contains two passages: a smaller, quiet side with a chambered tube, and a louder, straight-through tube. A butterfly valve, controlled by an included vacuum kit with a manual switch, regulates the exhaust flow between these two modes. The loud setting delivers an aggressive tone similar to Billy Boat's "Bullet" system, while the closed position offers a sound slightly louder than their "Route 66" system. Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this exhaust system is precision-built with TIG welds and finished with a satin brush on the main pipes and polished, double-walled tips (4" round or 4.5" oval). The system fits to a stock H-pipe and is proudly Made in the USA. Installation difficulty is rated a 3 out of 5, suggesting mechanical experience is helpful but not strictly necessary for a successful DIY project, which could take approximately 20-60 minutes. Billy Boat backs this system with a lifetime warranty against rust, corrosion, or burn-through, and a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
