The Billy Boat Exhaust FCOR-0566 Fusion Gen 3 Axle-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the 2006–2013 C6 Corvette Z06 or ZR1. Crafted from T-304 stainless steel, it features 4" quad round double-wall tips and mandrel-bent tubing for optimal exhaust flow. Its valved design allows you to control exhaust sound, offering a quiet cruise or an aggressive tone under throttle.

The Billy Boat Exhaust FCOR-0566 Fusion Gen 3 Axle-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver a significant performance boost and an aggressive exhaust note to your 2006–2013 C6 Corvette Z06 or ZR1. Crafted from high-grade T-304 stainless steel, this system features 4" quad round double-wall tips and mandrel-bent tubing for optimal exhaust flow. Its valved design allows you to control exhaust sound, letting you enjoy a quiet, refined cruise or unleash a full, aggressive tone under throttle. This can result in enhanced performance, with gains of up to 15 HP and 16 lb-ft of torque. The quad round double-wall tips are available in polished or Black PVD finishes. This axle-back system is compatible with the 2006–2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 and ZR1 models. It is explicitly not compatible with C6 base models or other Corvette variants. The exhaust is 50-state emissions legal and complies with EPA standards. The kit includes left and right axle-back mufflers, 4" quad round double-wall tips, mandrel-bent tubing, and all necessary mounting hardware and clamps with installation instructions. It is also approximately 13.3 lbs lighter than the stock system.
