FX-150 High-Pressure Fuel Pump Kit

The Spool Performance FX-150 Twin HPFP Upgrade Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the fueling capabilities of BMW's N63 engine. This kit provides a substantial increase in fuel supply capacity, approximately 50 percent greater than factory pumps, offering crucial headroom for performance tuning. It is designed to maintain stable rail pressure even under demanding conditions, such as high RPM and boost levels often encountered with Stage 2 and big turbo calibrations. Constructed with ethanol-safe internals, this kit is fully compatible with high-ethanol blends like E85 and E50, as well as other flex-fuel mixtures. The system includes two upgraded FX-150 direct injection pumps, an Ethanol Content Monitor with Bluetooth app support for real-time fuel percentage and temperature readings, and a high-flow 10-micron Bosch-spec fuel filter to protect critical components. Upgraded fuel lines and all necessary installation hardware are also provided, facilitating a true plug-in installation with OE-style connectors and pre-made lines. Calibration updates are a required post-installation step. Spool Performance can provide calibration data to your tuner or recommend mappers familiar with the FX-150 platform. The kit is specifically designed for BMW models utilizing the N63 engine, including various 5 Series (F07, F10, F11), 6 Series (F12, F13), 7 Series (F01, F02, F03, F04 Hybrid), 8 Series (G14, G15, G16), and X Series (E70, F15, G05, E71, F16, G06, E72 Hybrid) variants equipped with the 50i designation or Alpina B7 models.
