G-Series G25-660 Turbo Kit

The Garrett G-Series G25-660 .72 A/R turbo kit is designed as a direct bolt-on, stock location upgrade for the Ford Focus ST 2.0L Ecoboost and Ford Fusion 2.0L Ecoboost models from 2013 onwards. This externally wastegated turbo solution promises up to 660HP from a compact package. Key components include an ultra-high flow G-Series compressor wheel and an evolutionary aero G-Series turbine wheel crafted from high-heat-resistant Mar-M Alloy with a 1050 Celsius rating. The kit includes necessary -4AN oil feed and -6AN coolant/water fittings. Installation is facilitated by a V-band flanged turbo adapter, now made of stainless steel, which is compatible with any stock turbo flanged downpipe. The kit also includes an adapter elbow for stock placement intake pipes and is compatible with stock placement charge pipes. New steel braided oil feed and coolant lines are provided, and it fits the stock oil drain tube. A built-in external wastegate port is featured, with Tial MVS wastegates and dump tubes sold separately. A suggested starter dump tube, P/N ATP-MDP-048, is also available. Specifications for this turbo include a compressor wheel inducer of 54mm, exducer of 67mm, and a trim of 65. The compressor housing has a 3-inch inlet and a 2-inch outlet with a .70 A/R. The turbine wheel has an inducer of 54mm, exducer of 49mm, and a trim of 84.
