G-Series Turbocharger

The Garrett G-Series G35-900 turbocharger is engineered for high-performance applications, suitable for engines ranging from 2.0L to 5.5L displacement. This unit is designed to support up to 900 Brake Horsepower (BHP) and can achieve a maximum turbo speed of 145,000 RPM. The turbine side features a Mar-M alloy wheel, with a 62mm inducer and 68mm exducer, designed to withstand extreme temperatures up to 1050°C (1922°F). Key features include a ceramic dual ball bearing CHRA for durability and smooth operation, fully machined speed sensor and pressure ports, and stainless steel turbine housings. It also includes oil restrictor and water fittings. The one-piece center housing and backplate enhance durability, and four water jacket ports allow for customizable installation. The compressor housing connections are a 4.0″ inlet and a 2.5″ outlet. Performance results are highly dependent on vehicle modifications and tuning. A speed sensor is sold separately and recommended for monitoring shaft speed to prevent overspeed and potential damage. The use of this product above the maximum turbocharger speed of 145,000 RPM is at the owner's risk.
