The G2 Axle and Gear Dana M200/35 Rear Axle Differential Cover is designed to boost a vehicle's performance and durability by improving cooling, increasing fluid capacity, and enhancing protection for the axle, even under tough conditions. Built from tough and durable ductile iron, it features a gray satin powder-coat finish for excellent resistance against corrosion and wear. The unique design reinforces the housing while protecting against impacts associated with rock crawling, with careful attention to eliminating extrusions for proper steering component clearance and to prevent snagging on rocks. It includes a magnetic zero-leak plug, a reusable aluminum CORE gasket, an elevated fill plug for added oil capacity, hardware, and RTV sealant. The installation is moderately easy, requiring minimal tools and no advanced drilling.
