G20 330i 2.0 B48 Catless Downpipe

The AXI Performance downpipe is a performance exhaust upgrade specifically engineered for the BMW G20 / G21 330i, 330ix, 330e, 330ex, 320i, and 320ix models equipped with the 2.0 B48 engine (B48C, B48X, B48D) and an OPF/GPF system. Constructed from durable 304 sandblasted stainless steel, this downpipe utilizes a V-Clamp flange and offers direct OEM fitment, replacing the stock catalytic converter. AXI Performance provides two configurations to suit different needs: a catless downpipe for unrestricted exhaust flow, maximum performance gains, and an aggressive exhaust note, or a catted downpipe featuring a 200 CPSI High Flow Sports Catalytic Converter. The catted version balances improved performance and a deeper exhaust sound with better emission control. Both options are designed to significantly reduce exhaust backpressure, leading to enhanced turbo spool-up, improved throttle response, and greater overall engine performance, particularly when complemented by ECU tuning (Stage 2). Key features include compatibility with OPF/GPF-equipped models, direct bolt-on installation, and a 3-year warranty. Buyers can also opt to include genuine BMW clamps and a turbo gasket for a complete installation. The downpipe is suitable for vehicles with the EU6 RDE exhaust system. Important considerations: This downpipe is designed exclusively for the B48 engine with EU6 RDE compliance and is not compatible with RDE2. The mounting bracket has mounting points located at the top only. Installation of downpipes, with or without catalytic converters, may result in a Check Engine Light (CEL) and could require ECU remapping.
