G25-550 Turbocharger

The Garrett G25-550 is an advanced, small-frame turbocharger engineered for significant power gains, capable of producing 300-550 horsepower. This unit features a 48mm compressor wheel inducer and a 60mm exducer with a 65 trim, designed for optimal airflow and efficiency. The turbine side of the G25-550 boasts a 54mm inducer and a 49mm exducer, with an 84 trim and a 0.92 A/R turbine housing. The turbine wheel is constructed from Mar-M super alloy, allowing it to withstand temperatures up to 1050 degrees Celsius, exceeding the capacity of traditional Inconel wheels. It includes a -4AN oil feed fitting and -6AN coolant fittings for straightforward integration.
