The Garrett G25-660 turbocharger represents the latest generation of advanced turbocharger technology, offering high performance within a compact design. This unit is engineered with a dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge for enhanced durability and responsiveness, and features both water and oil cooling systems to manage heat effectively. The compressor side boasts a latest-generation, CFD-designed forged-milled wheel that provides significant flow increases over previous models. It includes a high-flow compressor housing with an integrated, easy-to-use speed sensor port. The turbine housing is constructed from stainless steel, also rated for 1050°C. Key specifications include a compressor inducer diameter of 48.00mm, exducer of 60.00mm, and a trim of 65 with an A/R of 0.70. The turbine side has an inducer diameter of 54.00mm, exducer of 49.00mm, a trim of 84, and an A/R of 0.92. This turbocharger is suitable for displacements ranging from 1.4 to 3.0 liters and is rated for 300-550 HP (G25-550 model) or up to 660 HP (G25-660 model). It utilizes a V-band inlet and outlet, single scroll design, and an external wastegate. The product comes with a turbocharger, two -6AN water fittings, two plugs, and a -4AN oil restrictor with a 1mm orifice.
