The Precision Raceworks G2x/G8x Performance AN6 Fuel line upgrade options are a direct replacement for the fuel pump in the fuel tank to the metal hard line near the firewall. Featuring smooth bore PTFE protected by stainless steel and nylon braiding, these lines have 100% billet fittings. All fittings, line lengths, and brackets are designed in-house, machined from 6061 aluminum, and anodized for 100% E85 compliance.

The Precision Raceworks G2x/G8x Performance AN6 Fuel line upgrade options serve as a direct replacement for the factory fuel line, extending from the fuel pump in the tank to the metal hard line located near the firewall. These lines feature a smooth bore PTFE interior, protected by stainless steel and nylon braiding, and are equipped with 100% billet fittings for enhanced durability and quality. Designed and manufactured in-house, all fittings, line lengths, and brackets are machined from 6061 aluminum and then anodized to ensure 100% E85 compliance. This upgrade is particularly crucial for those running an upgraded primary fuel pump, as it provides essential filtration to prevent premature failure of the high-pressure pump and fuel injectors. The modular design also accommodates an optional USA-made 10-micron micro-glass fuel filter, which is ideal for both E85 and gasoline, including race fuels. Key specifications for the Primary Fuel Line Upgrade include a weight of 1.04lbs, PTFE Smooth Bore fuel hose type, -6AN line size, and OEM Quick Connect & AN6 Flare connection style. The connector material is 6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminum & OEM Spec Nylon, and it features a 1/8" NPT accessory port suitable for a fuel pressure sensor. The product does not connect to a flex fuel sensor directly, but provisions exist for adding one via separate fittings.
