G3 Tuner Kit

The ESS Superchargers Mustang S550 GT G3 Tuner Kit is engineered for the Mustang S550 GT 5.0 Coyote, offering a powerful upgrade for enthusiasts seeking significant performance gains. This kit utilizes the patented ESS G3 supercharger unit, known for its efficiency, durability, and lightweight design (42lbs total system weight), making it suitable for racing applications. The system features a robust 27mm thick, high-pressure die-cast main bracket for exceptional rigidity, a 6-rib belt drive system with billet idler pulleys and premium SKF bearings for extended service life, and a 3.5-inch front mount intercooler (FMIC) that fits without modifying the OEM front bumper. A high-capacity 50mm blow-off valve is integrated into the intercooler end tanks. The kit comes complete with all necessary components except for injectors and software. For heavy-duty applications, a quality PCV catch can setup is recommended. Power delivery is smooth and comparable to OEM standards when properly calibrated. The standard kit includes straight-cut gears that produce a modest whine, with an option for even quieter synchro gears. The kit can be upgraded to G3X specification with an X-trim billet impeller for applications targeting approximately 900-950WHP. An optional 10-rib belt drive system is available for extreme racing conditions or power outputs approaching 1000HP. Standard kit colors include a black intercooler and satin bracket system/supercharger, with a black supercharger available as an option. Satin intercooler available upon request. The kit includes a K&N cold air intake located inside the front bumper. Installation is estimated to take 6-8 hours. This product is FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY and is NOT intended for street use. Its installation may be illegal in the USA under the Federal Clean Air Act. Support is provided for the supercharger hardware, with operational guidance referred to the user's tuner. Operational product support is limited to vehicles tuned by ESS's recommended tuners; only basic hardware exchange warranty applies if tuned outside this network. Recommended tuners include Wengerd Performance, Juggernaut Performance, and Shoemaker Performance.
