The Pulsar Turbo Systems PSR-G35-1050 is engineered for high-performance applications, boasting a dual ceramic ball bearing system that optimizes turbo response and enhances durability by reducing shaft motion. It is equipped with a 9-blade G-Aero billet compressor wheel featuring extended tapered tip technology and a 9-blade G-Aero Inconel 713c turbine wheel. The turbo's specifications include a 68*84mm compressor wheel and a 68*62mm turbine wheel, with a 4-inch compressor inlet and a 2.5-inch compressor outlet. The turbine inlet accommodates T3, T4, or V-band configurations, while the turbine outlet is a 3-inch V-Band. It also features M14 x 1.5 water ports and a standard T3 oil drain. The oil feed is 7/16-24 UNF with a pre-installed -4AN restrictor. A significant feature of this turbocharger is its extensive customization through various housing options. Customers can choose from standard, T51R Mod, or W/O Compressor Housing options. For the turbine housing, a wide array of choices are available, including different A/R ratios and inlet/outlet configurations such as T3, T4 (divided and open), and Dual V-band, with options for stainless steel construction and heat shields. It is important to note that a specific manifold flange option (2.3 flange) is noted as ABSOLUTELY NOT fitting a 2.0 cylinder head, and is intended for motor swaps.
