The Garrett G35-900 turbocharger assembly kit represents the latest in forced induction technology, featuring new G Series compressor wheel aerodynamics for enhanced performance. Designed for high-output applications, the G35-900 is capable of supporting 550 to 900 horsepower and is recommended for engines with a displacement range of 2.5 to 5.5 liters. Its construction includes a Mar-M turbine wheel and stainless steel housings, both rated to withstand extreme temperatures of up to 1050°C (1922°F). The turbo features a .72 A/R compressor housing and a V-Band inlet and outlet for the turbine housing, with specific dimensions of 3 inches for the inlet and 3.55 inches for the outlet. This kit comes complete with essential components for installation, including an oil feed restrictor fitting (1mm to -4AN), two coolant fittings (-6AN), and V-Band clamps for both the turbine housing inlet and outlet. Additional required installation hardware, such as inlet and outlet V-Band flanges, an oil drain flange with gasket and fasteners, a boost pressure port fitting, and a speed sensor kit, are listed separately but are crucial for proper setup.
