G42-1200 Turbo Assembly Kit

The Garrett G42-1200 turbo assembly kit is engineered as a high-horsepower, quick-spooling solution for engine platforms ranging from 2.0L to 7.0L displacements, capable of supporting up to 1200 HP. The turbine aero wheel is a new design that flows 10% more than its predecessor and achieves a peak efficiency of 77%, compared to the GTX42's 74% with a 1.01 A/R. Constructed with an inconel super alloy, this turbocharger is built to withstand extreme operating temperatures of up to 950°C. The kit includes a T4 divided 1.15 A/R turbine housing. Installation requires specific hardware, including an oil feed flange with a built-in restrictor (FLA-040), oil feed gasket (GSK-011), oil drain flange (FLA-009), and oil drain gasket (GSK-007). Additional components for the V-band compressor outlet flange/clamp set (FLS-055), T4 turbine inlet flange (FLS-057), and V-band outlet flange for the downpipe (FLS-378) with clamp (CLA-294) are also listed as installation hardware. Alternate coolant and oil fittings are available upon request. This turbocharger is built to order with an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks.
