G4KH 9.5:1 Forged Pistons & Conrods Kit

The Hench Performance G4KH 9.5:1 Forged Pistons & Conrods Kit is a high-performance engine component set designed to upgrade the internal components of specific Hyundai and Kia 2.0T engines. The forged pistons are constructed from 4032 alloy, featuring a 86.00mm bore diameter, a 9.5:1 compression ratio, and a 30.00mm compression height, with a -1.56cc dome volume. The connecting rods are forged from 4340 alloy and feature an IQ-Beam shape, a length of 146.20mm (center-to-center), a 51.00mm big end diameter, and a 22.00mm pin end diameter. These rods are designed for a 3/8″ bolt size and have a big end width and pin end width of 21.86mm, with the pin end being tapered. Hench Performance utilizes advanced manufacturing techniques for both components. The connecting rods undergo shot peening for improved fatigue life, feature a bronze bushing with a radial groove, and are Magnaflux inspected to ensure material consistency. They also undergo multi-stage heat treatment for maximum strength and are CNC machined to precise tolerances. The pistons are designed with pin oiling for enhanced lubrication, a moly-coated skirt to reduce friction, and optimized mass center. Both sets of components are weight-matched for optimal engine balance (± 1 gram for rods, ± 0.5 gram for pistons). This kit is designed for a range of Hyundai and Kia models including the Hyundai Elantra N (2021–present), i30 N (2018–present), Kona N (2021–2023), Santa Fe (2012–2020), Sonata (2009–2019), and Veloster N (2018–2022). It also fits the Kia KX7 (2016–2021), Optima (2011–2019), Sorento (UM) (2015–2020), and Sportage (2011–2021), all equipped with the 2.0T G4KH engine. The kit contains pistons, piston pins, pin locks, piston rings, connecting rods, and bolts.
