G4X MonsoonX ECU

The Link G4X MonsoonX ECU represents a significant upgrade for engine control, offering 512MB of data logging at a 32-bit resolution, capable of handling up to 250 channels at 1kHz per channel, with a maximum of 100 kSamples/sec. This ECU is built on a more powerful processing unit than its G4+ predecessor, featuring single precision floating point fuel tables, improved ignition timing resolution, and faster communication speeds, making it a potent control solution. Designed for flexibility, the MonsoonX can manage various engine configurations, including 1-12 Cylinder Distributed, 2-8 Cylinder Wasted Spark, 1-4 Cylinder Direct Spark, Odd Fire Engines, and 2-Stroke Engines. It supports configurable firing orders and TDC points. Advanced motor-sport features are integrated, such as Gear Shift Control, Launch Control, Anti-Lag, and VVT Control, providing enhanced performance tuning capabilities. While it offers all the tuning capabilities of the AtomX, the MonsoonX can run these advanced features, though not all simultaneously, depending on the input/output requirements of each feature. The MonsoonX includes essential inputs such as 4 Digital inputs, 2 Temperature inputs, 4 Analog inputs, 2 Trigger inputs, and an onboard 4Bar MAP sensor. Its outputs consist of 4 Injector drives, 4 Ignition drivers, and 6 Auxiliary outputs, with unused ignition drives also available as auxiliary outputs. Communication is handled via 1x CAN bus and 1x USB tuning connection, benefiting from an upgraded communications chip that is four times faster than the G4+ series. Key specifications include a 150 MHz specialized engine management microprocessor, ignition control to 0.1-degree precision, fuel control to 0.01ms, 32-bit floating-point calculations, 12-bit ADC resolution, and support for over 20,000 RPM. The unit comes with waterproof connectors, a mounting bracket, and a USB tuning cable. A separate loom is required for installation. The MonsoonX is ideal for naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines needing a retune and select advanced features without requiring a higher-tier ECU.
