G56 Remanufactured Manual Transmission

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RMTG56-1 is a remanufactured G56 manual transmission engineered to meet the highest quality standards. Its remanufacturing process involves a rigorous three-step inspection: pre-inspection for case cracks and wear, measurement of component parts to ensure OEM specifications, and a final inspection to guarantee exacting quality standards. Critical components like shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers are extensively tested. This transmission features an aluminum case with an integral bell housing and a 6-speed configuration. It has a transmission fluid capacity of 6.2 quarts and requires ATF +4 fluid, which is not included. The unit undergoes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by proprietary deep cleaning, setting a high standard for remanufactured manual transmissions. All transmissions are dyno-tested to verify operation, shiftability, and noise levels.
