Gaerne took their renowned GX-1 boots and made them even lighter without sacrificing safety, resulting in the GX-1 EVO boots! The structural support incorporates the ATP (Anti-Torsion Pocket) system, with two lugs sliding inside specifically designed pockets, preventing front and rear overextension while allowing flex in both forward and backward directions. In addition, the anatomically shaped PU-injected front shin plate offers support while side air vents keep you comfortable and dry. Stamped suede on the inner side offers exceptional grip on the bike and it's heat-resistance keeps you protected. On the inside, luxurious padding is supplemented by soft foam reinforcements strategically placed around the ankles and in-step for top tier comfort. Underneath, the high-performance rubber G Light Welt Sole enhances grip and heightens sensitivity to foot controls giving you precise control and improved responsiveness. The soles are also replaceable, so they're easy to maintain and increase the longevity of the boots.
