The Gaerne SG-22 Boot is a top-tier MX / off-road boot, a reimagining of the SG-12. It features a 3D Main Body Toe Box for increased flexibility and easier shifting. The Aluminum Superlight Buckles have a new finish and offer extensive adjustability for calf sizes and knee brace fitment. Ventilation is enhanced with two large front shin plate vents and 3D channels. Ergonomically, the ankle hinge geometry mimics natural ankle movement while maintaining safety. The new rear Razorback reduces weight and, with the Gaerne Dual Stage Pivot System, protects against hyperextension, hyperflexion, and lateral movements. The interior has re-engineered memory foam for a custom fit and foot stabilization. The inner leg area has Grip Guard rubber for improved protection and friction. The sole incorporates dual-density inserts for grip and durability, while the Microshock heel decreases force transferred to the ankle and heel. It boasts Goodyear Welted construction, allowing for sole replacement, and an improved steel toe cap.
