Featuring a cutting-edge design, expert craftsmanship, and top-quality metals, these grilles offer unparalleled luxury and style. The design incorporates an embedded fine woven formed mesh within a laser-cut 12-gauge frame, ensuring both aesthetics and durability against rock chips. Grilles are manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel (304 alloy for polished frames, wire mesh, mounting brackets), and aluminum (5052 for cosmetic trims). Available in multiple styles and finishes, including black powder-coat, polished stainless, and chrome. Matching T-Rex ZROADZ bumper grilles are also available. Backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a three-year finish warranty. Installation type varies by vehicle (insert, overlay, or complete replacement); inserts may require cutting/drilling, overlays bolt on, and complete replacements fully replace the factory grille. Includes step-by-step instructions and all hardware. Proudly made in the USA (Corona, CA) for over 25 years, T-Rex grilles undergo advanced 3D CAD engineering, rigorous testing, and meticulous assembly. Black powder-coated grilles feature a multi-stage process: sandblasting, epoxy primer base coat, and color topcoat for long-lasting protection and an OEM finish.
