This Garrett PowerMax GTP38R ball-bearing turbocharger is designed for 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke diesel engines, offering a 33% increase in flow over stock. It features a Garrett exclusive Ball Bearing Cartridge for enhanced response, efficiency, and durability. This drop-in replacement mounts to the factory pedestal and is compatible with OE intake and exhaust systems. The GTP38R PowerMax includes an 88mm compressor wheel and a ported shroud housing for improved compressor flow range and surge control. The 1.00 A/R housing reduces back pressure and can lower exhaust gas temperatures by up to 200 degrees.
