Garrett GVW-60 60mm Wastegate Kit - Silver

The Garrett GVW External Wastegates are precision-engineered to provide superior reliability and precise control over engine exhaust gasses. Developed by the same engineers behind the G-Series and GTX Gen II turbochargers, these wastegates are designed for high flow and minimal performance degradation throughout their lifespan. The GVW-60 features a 60mm valve diameter and is constructed from high-temperature stainless steel for the valve housing (rated up to 1050°C), with a Nomex reinforced elastomer diaphragm, and an anodized 6061 aluminum actuator cover. It offers a base pressure of 1 bar (14.5 PSI) and is configurable from 0.2 bar (2.9 PSI) to 1.7 bar (24.7 PSI) with a 1:1 backpressure ratio. The kit includes all necessary components such as springs, V-band flanges for inlet and outlet, valve seat, washers, water fittings, banjo bolt and fittings, and air plugs. The GVW-60 is compatible with Turbosmart Gen V PowerGate 60 flanges.
