Garrett Turbocharger

The Garrett G30-770 is a high-performance turbocharger engineered with advanced G-Series aerodynamics. Its forged billet aluminum alloy compressor wheel measures 58mm at the inducer and 71mm at the exducer, enabling a maximum flow rate of 73 lb/min. The turbine side is equipped with a Mar-M turbine wheel, also featuring 58mm inducer and 71mm exducer dimensions, and can withstand temperatures up to 1050°C (1922°F). This turbo is designed to support engines in the 2.0L to 3.5L displacement range, with a horsepower capability from 475 to 770. This turbocharger utilizes a ball-bearing design for improved durability and responsiveness. The compressor housing features a 3.0″ hose coupler inlet and a 2.0″ hose coupler outlet, along with a machined speed sensor port and an improved ported shroud inlet design to resist surge and maximize flow in a compact outline. Available in both standard and reverse rotation options, it offers flexibility for various installation requirements, including twin-turbo setups or applications with limited space. Available turbine housing options include various A/R ratios (0.61, 0.83, 1.01, 1.21) for V-Band inlets and T3 inlets, with external wastegate configurations. Optional ceramic coatings are available for the turbine housing, compressor cover, and CHRA to enhance thermal management. A speed sensor kit can also be added for monitoring turbocharger speed.
