GAS 3.0T 84MM Throttle Body

The Jackal Motorsports GAS 3.0T 84MM Throttle Body Upgrade is engineered to enhance performance for supercharged EA837 and EA837 Evo engines. This unit features an 84mm throttle body, offering a significant 31% increase in cross-sectional area over the stock 70mm throttle body, which is crucial for maximizing airflow, especially when paired with larger ported supercharger inlets up to 80mm. Designed for a direct fit in the factory location, this upgrade eliminates the need to purchase a new intake system, as it is compatible with existing 3.5" intakes. For those seeking maximum flow, an upgrade to the Jackal Omega Intake is also available. Additionally, the adapter plate includes a pre-tapped port for Water-Methanol Injection (WMI), simplifying installation without requiring drilling into the intake or supercharger inlet. This throttle body upgrade is compatible with various ECU tuning software, including Jackal, APR, 034, and IE. It is also 100% compatible with the MercRacing MRA1900 supercharger upgrade. The kit includes the 84mm throttle body, a billet adapter plate with WMI port, gaskets, hardware, and a stainless 1/8" NPT plug for the WMI port.
